Frequently asked questions

Is my location shared all the time?

No. Your location is shared only when you check in, and according to the visibility level you choose. When you tap "I left" or check in somewhere else, the location is deleted; only an "I was here" record remains.

Who can see me?

You choose who sees your live check-in under Settings › Location and check-in › Venue visibility: Visible to everyone (people checked in at the same place right now and your friends) or Visible to friends only. Once a check-in becomes a memory, you can set each post's visibility separately to Everyone, Friends or Only me.

Someone is bothering me, what can I do?

You can block the person from their profile. Blocking is two-way and deletes the conversation between you; the blocked person does not see this as an error message. You can also report the person or a single message.

How do I delete my account?

In the app via Settings › Account management › Delete account or, even if you have uninstalled the app, from the account deletion page.

Why does the app show few places in my city?

Place data comes from OpenStreetMap, Foursquare, Meta and Microsoft. If a place is missing you can add it yourself inside the app.
